Our menu changes frequently as we use seasonal and local products in the majority of our baked goods. We do have some staples, but you can expect to see variations and additions to what is listed here. 



We offer baguette, ciabatta, and focaccia daily. Our naturally leavened bread is on a weekly schedule:

Monday - Sourdough or Fruit and Nut

Tuesday - Sourdough

Wednesday - Sourdough

Thursday - Country 

Friday - Rye 

Saturday - Sourdough

Sunday - Sourdough or Kalamata Olive

Breakfast Pastries

Plain, chocolate or ham and cheese croissants 

Seasonally flavored muffins and scones

Plain, gruyere cheese, and everything bagels - with house made flavored cream cheese

Breakfast Sandwiches - 7am-11am

Two fluffy eggs on either a bagel or a croissant. Add on cheddar cheese, bacon, ham, or roasted veggies and finish with house made aioli, sriracha, or pesto. 

Lunch Sandwiches - 11am-2pm

Vermont Turkey - with havarti cheese, lettuce, tomato, house made aioli

Ham and Gruyere - with lettuce, tomato, whole grain mustard

Egg Salad - with lettuce and house made aioli

Roasted Veggie - seasonal veggies & herby goat cheese
