Do you have [insert pastry or bread name] right now?
We receive 2 to 3 deliveries each day from our sister restaurant, BirchTree Bread Company, which arrive throughout the morning. The first delivery is typically before 7 AM, while the second usually arrives between 8 and 8:15 AM. However, circumstances in the baking world can cause delays, so the timing of the second delivery is always an estimate. Our bakers start their day at 3 AM each morning, putting in the hard work to bring you your morning treats!
Why do croissants come on the second run?
Making croissants involves several steps, and delicious results come to those who are patient! First, bakers cut each croissant by hand and then shape them individually. The shaped croissants are placed in a proofer to rise before being baked to perfection.
Can I have my private event here?

Do you take catering orders?

Do you allow pets?
Due to Board of Health regulations, we cannot allow dogs inside the cafés. However, well-behaved dogs are welcome on the West Boylston St patio, as long as they are cleaned up after!

Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes, we have a loyalty program for our handmade hot or iced beverages! For every nine punches, the 10th is free (one punch per transaction). Ask your barista for a loyalty card today!
